How to obtain the "earning" tab for google adsense for bloggers.com

Hi guys, having trouble to submit application for google adsense for blogs from blogger.com? I also find many times having trouble with registering my blog for google adsense with the descriptions "please register from blooger.com using earning tab". I found Lucky Fortian who found the solution to obtain the "earning" tab for google adsense for blogger.com.

BELOW I RE-WRITED THE STEPS:

1) Click tab "Setting" in the dashboards of your blogs

2) After that the sub-menu of setting will be open below it. Click "Language and formatting"

3) select the "English - United States" options

4) Click save.

5) close all the browser related to blogger.com

6) login again to your blogger.com & open your blog name

7) Here is the prove of the earning tab

8) Click the "earning tab"
9) Register your blog for google adsense.
